By using ChatMyResume.ai (“ChatMyResume”, “we”) — whether you create a chatbot or chat with one — you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
ChatMyResume lets you create an AI chatbot that answers questions about your professional background, and lets visitors chat with chatbots others have published. The service is in beta: features may change, break, or be suspended at any time.
Provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and claim only handles you have a legitimate connection to. We may reclaim handles that impersonate someone else or violate these terms.
You own the profile content you publish. You grant us a license to host, process (including via the AI providers described in our Privacy Policy), and display it in order to operate the service. Anything you publish can be read by anyone with your chatbot’s link — do not include information you want to keep private, or other people’s personal data without their permission.
Do not use ChatMyResume for anything unlawful, deceptive (including impersonation), infringing, or harmful. Do not scrape the service, probe it for vulnerabilities, evade rate limits, or abuse other people’s chatbots.
Chatbot replies are generated by an AI model and may be inaccurate or incomplete. We are not responsible for decisions made based on them — verify anything important with the profile owner directly.
Our Privacy Policy describes what data we collect and how we use it. In particular: conversations you have with a chatbot are stored and visible to that chatbot’s owner.
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us for the service (currently nothing — the beta is free).
We may suspend or remove accounts or content that violate these terms. You can stop using the service at any time and delete your account and data from your Privacy Settings, as described in the Privacy Policy.
